Pre-cut structure including all parts and signs milled in white and black styrene plastic, clear window glazing. Plastruct metal siding with cutting templates for the awnings and signs, self-adhesive decals and detailed assembly instructions with pictures. All parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reason. The model needs painting.
