This model is designed to perfectly complement the Overland Models series of Nelson heavy haul trailers. Our truck model features unparalled quality and fidelity to detail. Please note, Miller Rigging & Transfer uses different shades of blue for their tractors and trailers. Our truck tractor model will be the correct shade of light blue; the Overland Models trailers will be the correct shade of darker blue. Special truck tractor features include all brass construction with detailed Cummins Signature 600 engine, plated fuel tanks, plated muffler heat shield, plated Alcoa wheels, rubber tires with raised letters, detailed engine compartment and cab interior, plated and detailed cab protector ("headache rack") and toolboxes, and Holland fifth wheel. Price for the tractor only is yet to be determined.

This offering is the first opportunity to buy our Peterbilt 379 tractor with the 70" Unibilt sleeper option. Our truck tractor features include all brass construction with detailed Cummins Signature 600 engine, plated exhaust heat shields, plated Alcoa wheels, tires with raised letters, detailed engine compartment and cab interior, plated bumper, and Holland fifth wheel. The Heil dry bulk trailer will be offered in a plated finish and will also feature plated Alcoa wheels and tires with raised letters. Offered in black or blue with Heil trailer; yellow, red, green, or bronze sleeper tractor only. Price is yet to be determined and delivery projected to be Spring/Summer 2006.

Classic Mint Collectibles (CMC) still has quanities available of first two brass Talbert 55SA lowboy trailer models in 1/87 Scale. The Talbert lowboy trailers currently offered are three axle configurations (shown above) painted in black or white. Features include plated Alcoa wheels, detailed tires with raised letters and authentic trailer style tread design, detachable gooseneck, and authentic Talbert graphics.

Overland Models has announced the future release of two Nelson Manufacturing heavy haul trailers in 1/87 scale brass. The models will replicate these specialty heavy haul trailers with a high degree of detail and will be available in a 6 axle and 9 axle version (Please note the OMI web site uses different axle designations to describe these trailers but they are counting the tractor axles). Both versions will be available in four paint schemes. Three generic colors (no haul company name) and one decorated for Miller Transfer and Rigging. Tractors matching each of the OMI trailers are being planned by Classic Mint Collectibles and Zycon Models will be offering these as well!.
